ParaChute Jump Coney Island New York

The Parachute Jump is one of Coney Islands most famous Landmarks, located in steeplechase park standing 262 high. The Ride was puchased from the New York Worlds fair in 1939 by George Tilyou. By 1941 it was open. The Parachute jump consisted of 12 shutes each with a seats for 2 passengers.
