Red Panda Bear

The Chinese name hǔo hú translates “fire fox”

The Red Panda is a Protected Species and classified as Carnivore but eats bamboo, fruits, grasses, roots, and sprouts.

The Red Panda, “Lesser Panda”, is 20 times smaller than the Giant Panda. This one probably weighs around 20 pounds. They sport large sharp claws.
